2011 Summer Vacation in California!

This summer our family went on summer vacation to San Diego, California. We flew on a Southwest Airlines 737 from St. Louis to San Diego. It was my first airplane ride! I enjoyed the trip a lot. We visited the beach at Oceanside where I played with a toy boat putting small rocks into it. The whole family went to LegoLand where I enjoyed driving a lego car and playing in a lego fire truck. We also saw lots of Star Wars stuff in miniland. We went to LaJolla and saw Scripps Aquarium where I pretended to get eaten by a giant shark! During the trip we also took a boat tour of the harbor and saw real US Navy attack submarines and toured the USS Midway aircraft carrier. We also visited the San Diego zoo and lots of museums in Balboa Park. It was a great vacation!
